A 10 hour roundtrip drive from Dallas to Hot Springs was definitely worth it by the OC Sandlot travel team made up of mostly 86ers and a player from the Tulsa City Jesters to play to host team Hot Springs Flaming Majestics and a second game against the Little Rock Growlers. The host team rolled out the red carpet with local craft beer and all the hot dogs and snacks we could eat when we arrived for lunch before the games began. The players for Hot Springs were so gracious and nice! Their home field was also pretty spectacular, nestled against the national park as a fitting backdrop of Arkansas beauty.
The travel team played a double header with both Arkansas teams in some very humid weather with many dingers made by all players involved. Check out a full array of images below!
